Welcome! In the rural tranquility of the Preston Valley at Mumballup, just over two hours south of Perth, Australia, two luxurious and stylishly modern apartments await your next getaway. Each offers:
Tea-Tree is a spacious two-storied apartment which has ground floor living areas comprising lounge/dining, kitchen, and a bathroom with laundry facilities. The apartment faces east on to a paved verandah with alfresco dining setting and a gas barbeque.
At the top of a jarrah staircase is the master bedroom (king bed) and two smaller bedrooms (queen and single). French doors in the master bedroom open onto a large glass-fenced balcony with outdoor hot tub spa, infra-red sauna, casual shower and a bistro setting.
Tea-Tree offers luxury accommodation to couples wanting a bit of extra space, but can accommodate a small family if needed.
Paperbark is an intimate studio-style apartment which offers luxury accommodation for singles or couples only. It has a combined living and sleeping area (king bed), plus kitchen and bathroom, all facing south onto a paved verandah with protected and very private hot tub spa area, separated from the alfresco dining and barbeque area by a glass fence.
Mumbles is in the heart of the South-West jarrah forest. It is right next to the Bibbulmun Track and handy to miles of other forest trails in the Sherwood State Forest, Wellington and Greater Preston National Parks.
Mumbles is in the Geographe Wine Region and a dozen or more wineries around Donnybrook and the Ferguson Valley are within a short drive, as are scenic water recreation sites including Glen Mervyn Dam, Wellington Dam and the Collie River. The towns of Donnybrook, Balingup, Collie and Boyup Brook, with their shopping, cafes and museums, are within a 30 minute drive.
Mumbles is just two hour's drive from the southern suburbs of Perth, via Donnybrook or Collie. Our front gate is at latitude -33.525 (south) and longitude 116.115 (east).

Our minimum stay is generally two nights; three night minimum stays apply on long weekends and four nights at Easter. Tariff is $275 for Tea-Tree and $250 for Paperbark; both are discounted 20% after the minimum stay period. We supply all your linen and towels but Mumbles apartments are self-catering; guests are requested to bring their food and drink with them, as our nearest shops are over 20km away.
