We have just two beautiful self-contained rural apartments, both are cosy and romantic, with luxury features like king-sized beds (triple sheeted for hygiene), reclining leather lounges, fluffy cotton bathrobes, and the ambience of a TV log fire*. Both have farmland views over the valley floor to the hills beyond, and vertical blinds or curtains for your night-time comfort and privacy.
Both are comfortable all year round because they have slab-on-ground construction and generous amounts of bulk insulation in ceilings and walls, as well as the convenience of reverse cycle air conditioning.
Both have a real kitchen with generous bench space and big-brand appliances including a glass hob, underbench oven, dishwasher, 2-door fridge, microwave oven, and coffee machine**. Both have gas barbeques outside if that is more your style. Of course there is safe, sparkling rainwater at every tap.
Both have Jacuzzi-style hot tubs with body-contoured shells and romantic lighting. Because skin care is part of our business, spas are primarily sanitized with skin-friendly hydrogen peroxide; there are no residual chemicals, just a faint whiff of ozone as you lift the lid.

Tea-Tree has ground floor living areas comprising lounge/dining, kitchen, and a bathroom with laundry facilities. The apartment faces east on to a paved verandah with alfresco dining setting and a gas barbeque.
At the top of a jarrah staircase is the master bedroom, which has a king bed, wardrobe, and its own TV/DVD player. French doors open onto a large glass-fenced balcony, which has an outdoor hot tub spa, infra-red sauna, casual shower and a bistro setting. There are also two smaller bedrooms (queen and single bed).
Paperbark is an intimate studio-style apartment which offers luxury accommodation for singles or couples only. It has a combined living and sleeping area, plus kitchen and bathroom, all facing south onto a paved verandah. The verandah has a protected and very private hot tub spa area, separated from the alfresco dining and barbeque area by a glass fence.
The property is of 22 hectares (about 55 acres) and runs north-south from State Forest to the Preston River, and east-west from the bitumen road frontage to another farm; all of it is cleared and pastured. About three quarters of it is used for sheep grazing; most of the rest is mown, with parkland tree planting. One small paddock is home for our alpacas, and another encloses the buildings, including Mumbles accommodation.
We have two dams, one of which has an over-the-water gazebo; the other has an over-the-water picnic platform under some willow trees, accessable by a 25m long footbridge. Both dams have fish which can usually be seen swimming about in the clear water.
